EngineeringTrainer is searching for a candidate to expand the core team of the company.

EngineeringTrainer produces online courses for engineering professionals in various disciplines. These courses are produced in-house together with experienced Subject Matter Experts and marketed on our platform, EngineeringTrainer.com.

Because EngineeringTrainer is a start-up, the candidate is expected to contribute to a variety of aspects of the business, with main focusses:

  • Managing course content production

  • Supporting B2C & B2B sales activities


The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and international start-up environment and has an interest in running an online business.

A technical background is required as the candidate should be able to understand the basics of the course contents and the associated markets. This enables the candidate to contribute to content production and to interact with users and (potential) customers.


Applications of both starters as persons with multiple years of working experience are accepted and potentially explored further.

Tasks

  • Supervise content production activities of several team members (in the Netherlands and abroad)

  • Contribute to the production of new course content

  • Provide sales support for both B2C as B2B sales efforts

  • Support marketing activities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field like Engineering

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • High proficiency in the English language

  • Based in the Netherlands
