EngineeringTrainer is looking for an Online Marketer who is curious, passionate, and is willing to share their ideas. You will join the core team of the company and collaborate directly with the founders to advance all marketing activities of the EngineeringTrainer platform.

Job Description

As Online Marketer you will take the lead in driving and optimizing the online sales funnel of EngineeringTrainer.com and its individual online training courses. As part of this you will also improve the Online Marketing Strategy based on data driven analysis.

Tasks include:

• Social Media Marketing (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook)

• Emailmarketing

• Defining and maintaining paid advertisement campaigns, SEA (Google, Linkedin)

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Managing the YouTube channel

• Conversion tracking & reporting

• Defining and monitoring relevant Key Performance Indicators

• Weekly reporting to the Management Team

• Developing the Online Marketing Strategy

You will work in close collaboration with Graphics Designers, UX/UI designers, Course Producers, and the sales team to drive the growth of EngineeringTrainer.

Based on your Personal Development Targets specific tasks will be emphasized to facilitate your personal growth.

• A Bachelor’s degree Online Marketing & Communication (or similar) or proven background in this field.

• Passionate about driving website traffic through various online means.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• High proficiency in the English language.

• A growth mindset, life-long learner, and a doer attitude. Creative, curious, proactive, and autonomous.

• Enthusiasm for working at a young and fast-growing start-up environment.

• Available to work a minimum of 0.8 FTE.

• Based in the Netherlands and able to work in our office (Bunnik) regularly.

EngineeringTrainer produces online courses of various formats (live, self-paced, etc…) for engineering professionals in various disciplines. These courses are produced together with a global network of industry partners and marketed on our platform, EngineeringTrainer.com. Courses are accessed through individual online purchases or bulk purchases by businesses. Our customers are both individual consumers (engineers) as companies employing them.

It is our mission to expand and modernize the offering of online learning content for engineering professionals and service them on an enterprise level. As part of this we also host the EngineeringTrainerTV livestreams through our YouTube channel.

Our office is based in Bunnik near Utrecht.
