Website Operations Specialist

Job Title:     Website Operations Specialist 
Location:     Remote or Utrecht office
Reports to:  CEO

You will join the core team of the company and collaborate directly with the founders to realize growth.

• Website Operations:
  - Oversee & improve the day-to-day operations and maintenance of EngineeringTrainer.com, ensuring content quality, functionality, and performance.
  - Manage website updates, including product launches, promotions, and content updates, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  
  

• Technology Stack Management:
  - Evaluate and recommend the latest website technologies and tools to enhance performance and security.
  - Manage third-party vendors and agencies involved in website-related projects.
  
  

• UX/UI Enhancement:
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  - Design and implement user-friendly and visually appealing UI enhancements.
  
  

• SEO Optimization:
  - Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. 
  - Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
  
  

• Content Management:
  - Execute & oversee the creation, publishing, and maintenance of website content.
  - Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with our brand identity.
  
  

• Analytics and Reporting:
  - Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports.
  - Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  
  

• LMS Integrations:
  - For various enterprise clients our courses are integrated into their company Learning Management System (LMS/learning portal) through different online protocols. You further optimize our website to support such integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in website operations, management, or development.

• Strong knowledge of website technologies, CMS platforms, and web hosting. Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools.

• In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for working at a young and fast-growing start-up environment.

• High proficiency in the English language.

• Able to work remote or from our Utrecht office.
