• Can we get a quote before purchasing?

• How will my team have access?

  Each team member receives their own personal account and login. You can easily invite users, manage access, and adjust your team as needed.

• Do team members get individual accounts or shared access?

  Every user gets their own account. This ensures personalized learning progress, tracked certifications, and a better overall learning experience, no shared logins.

• Is there an admin dashboard for Team Leads?

  Yes. Team Leads have access to an admin dashboard where you can track:

  - Training progress per team member

  - Completed courses and certifications

• Can EngineeringTrainer support the chartership for our engineers?

  Yes. Our courses, delivery model, and certifications are aligned with global engineering chartership requirements. Many of our users rely on EngineeringTrainer certificates to support their ongoing chartership.

• Can we pay via Purchase Order and bank transfer?

  Yes. If it works better for your company to pay via Purchase Order and bank transfer, simply request a quote. We’ll provide all the necessary details and guidance to support your internal procurement process.

• Can I get an invoice for my company?

  Your team gets access to a structured library of engineering courses, workshops, and learning paths aligned with industry standards (e.g. ASME, piping, mechanical, and plant design topics).

• Do team members receive certificates?

  Yes. Each team member receives a personal certificate upon completing a course, which they can download or share (e.g. on LinkedIn or internally).

• Is onboarding or support included?

  Yes. We provide onboarding guidance and ongoing support to help you successfully roll out EngineeringTrainer within your team.

• Can I adjust my team size later?

  Yes. You can scale your team license up as your team grows. For changes, just reach out and we’ll assist you.

• Are the courses aligned with specific codes and standards?

  Yes. Courses reference and align with industry codes, such as ASME, EN, and other applicable standards for each domain.

• Can I request specific topics for courses or workshops to be added?

  Yes. We welcome course requests from Team License holders. While we can't guarantee every request will be developed, client input directly influences our content roadmap.
