When does the one-year membership start?
Your 1-year (12-month) subscription starts when payment is received and your membership access is activated.

Is the membership for one person or a team?
The membership is licensed per engineer. Every participant receives an individual EngineeringTrainer account, so their training progress, completed courses, PDH credits, and certificates can be recorded correctly.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online by credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, P24, SEPA debit, or Link.
Companies can also request an invoice and pay by bank transfer. Contact us if your procurement process requires another payment arrangement.

Can you invoice our company directly?
Yes. We regularly invoice companies directly for employee training. Provide the participant’s name and email address, along with your company's billing and purchase order information, and we will prepare the invoice and activate access after payment is received.

Does the membership renew automatically?
No. The membership does not renew automatically.

Are there additional costs for enrolling in courses or obtaining the certificates?
No. With the membership, you have full access to benefit from all courses in the Piping and Mechanical disciplines and download the certificates upon successful completion.
