Job Summary 
As a Content Producer at EngineeringTrainer, you will be at the forefront of our content creation efforts, contributing to the audiovisual production of training courses and crafting engaging marketing content to promote the products. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a keen understanding of the engineering domain. 

You will join the core team of the company and collaborate directly with the founders to realize growth.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering specialists and instructors to understand course content and objectives. 

  • Execute and coordinate the audiovisual production of online training courses, including slide design, video recording, editing, and post-production processes. 

  • Develop visually appealing marketing content based on course materials, such as social media posts, YouTube videos, and short promotional clips. 

  • Ensure that all produced content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality. 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create content that effectively communicates key messages and promotes courses to a wider audience. 


Your Profile & Qualifications

  • Technical background or previous experience in an engineering/technical role. 

  • Proficient in audiovisual production, including video recording, editing, and post-production techniques. 

  • Strong creativity and the ability to translate technical concepts into visually engaging content. 

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing trends. 

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

  • High proficiency in the English language.

  • A growth mindset, life-long learner, and a doer attitude. Creative, curious, proactive, and autonomous.

  • Enthusiasm for working at a young and fast-growing start-up environment.

  • Available to work 1.0 FTE.

  • Living in the Netherlands, able to work in our office near Utrecht on a regular basis.
