We are actively searching for a highly motivated Engineering Course Production Manager to join our expanding team and contribute to realizing great learning products.

Job Summary 
As Course Production Manager you take control over the production, the quality and the content of the online courses and form the interface between the industry specialists (the instructors) and the production support team (cameraman, video-editors, designer, etc).

You will join the core team of the company and collaborate directly with the founders to contribute to the company's  growth.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Realize engaging and interactive training materials in close collaboration with the instructors, including video lectures, presentations, quizzes, and assignments.

  • Defining the curricula of courses.

  • Executing and/or coordinating the graphic designs and video production.

  • Scriptwriting & storyboard in preparation for videos and related learning content.

  • Processing user feedback and initiate new videos & live streams based on this.

  • Coordinating recordings in the recording studio with instructors.

  • Weekly Progress Reporting to the Management Team.

  • Review existing production processes and make improvements where possible.


Your Profile & Qualifications

  • Study background or experience with teaching, (training) content production and knowledge sharing in general.

  • Any technical background or experience in a technical profession is considered a strong plus.

  • High proficiency in the English language.

  • A growth mindset, life-long learner, and a doer attitude. Creative, curious, proactive, and autonomous.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Enthusiasm for working at a young and fast-growing start-up environment.

  • Available to work a 1.0 FTE.

  • Living in the Netherlands, able to work in our office near Utrecht.
