• Technology Stack Management:

  • Evaluate and recommend the latest website technologies and tools to enhance performance and security.

  • Manage third-party vendors and agencies that service our systems.

• UX/UI Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure an exceptional user experience.

  • Design and implement user-friendly and visually appealing UI enhancements.

• Facilitate marketing, online presence & conversion-rates:

  • SEO Optimization

  • Analytics and Reporting

• Website Operations:

  • Oversee & improve the day-to-day operations and maintenance of EngineeringTrainer.com, ensuring content quality, functionality, and performance.

  • Manage website updates, including product launches, promotions, and content updates, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Content Management:

  • Oversee the creation, publishing, and maintenance of website content.

  • Ensure product content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with our brand identity.

  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports.

    Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

• LMS Integrations:
  

  • For various enterprise clients our courses are integrated into their company Learning Management System (LMS/learning portal) through different online protocols. You further optimize our website to support such integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in IT product ownership, project management, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with website operations, technology stacks, and UX/UI principles.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Enthusiasm for working at a young and fast-growing start-up environment.

• Available to work a 1.0 FTE.
  

• High proficiency in the English language.

• Able to work remote or from our Utrecht office.
