To meet the growing demands and sustainability goals a significant increase in electrical infrastructure is planned. This rapid expansion will require a considerable increase in the number and diversity of organizations and persons working with High Voltage (HV) electricity. Ensuring compliance with regulations such as EN 61936 is vital for the safe operation and maintenance of HV installations.
This training course provides participants with an understanding of the legal duties and Best Practices regarding the design, construction, and commissioning of HV Installations in accordance with EN 61936-1:2021. What is a Design Risk Assessment? What are the legal duties of owners, designers, and contractors? What steps are needed to test and confirm compliance with an installation? This 1-day course explains the steps needed to achieve and demonstrate regulatory compliance of HV installations.
The course consists of 7 hours of online live sessions with the instructors. All training content is provided through your EngineeringTrainer account. After the course, you maintain 1-year unlimited access to the course, including any new course material. This allows you to perform modules again should you need to refresh your knowledge.
