Dehydration is a required processing step for all Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals plants. Typically molecular sieves are used for dehydration, and this course focuses on Molecular Sieves, showing how to operate and maintain them safely and effectively.
Participants will be taken in depth through the structure of Molecular Sieves; their physical properties, behaviour, and how to size and select. The steps for safely loading and unloading a Molecular Sieve, and bringing it Online or Offline will be explained. The steps for troubleshooting and monitoring the performance of the Molecular Sieve will be shown to the students. The result being that all staff involved with Molecular Sieves will gain an appreciation of all aspects of their operation and maintenance.
The course is formed of 6 sessions split across 3 training days. All modules will be live sessions with the instructor. All training materials will be available through your EngineeringTrainer account. After the course you maintain 1-year unlimited access to the course material. This allows you to perform modules again should you need to refresh your knowledge.
This training course is also available as a company in-house training, there is a choice between an online training or an onsite training.
