About Hasitha Dinumpura
Hasitha is the director of the Green Innova Academy, where he is a lecturer and lead for their training courses in Solar PV system design and installation. In this role, Hasitha is a certified senior solar panel expert, a trained walkthrough energy auditor, and Program Advisory Board Member for the Applied Science University in Bahrain. He is also an approved trainer for Solar PV and Energy Efficiency qualifications by the UK educational body NOCN.
His training courses draw on his experience in solar PV consultancy, project management, and asset management. Hasitha has played a leading role in pre-feasibility studies and concept proposals for solar PV projects in the Middle East and Asia. He was Project Coordinator for a 5MW solar PV plant for The Bahrain Petroleum Company and consults on the Tender-based Feed in Tariff (FiT) in Bahrain.
