About Christian Lewis
Chris is a chartered Materials and Corrosion engineer and works as an Integrity Manager for a refinery in the UK. Chris is an active professional member of IOM3, ICorr, and EEMUA.
During his career, Chris has worked across many industries including oil refining, petrochemical, power, soap and detergents, ammonia refrigeration, and pharmaceutical. He has built up specialist knowledge in developing risk-based inspection and integrity operating window programs, corrosion control manual development, defining corrosion loops, managing on-line corrosion monitoring systems, failure diagnosis, materials selection, fabrication codes, standards and construction monitoring amongst many others.
He is an enthusiastic trainer who enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with others, and gets a great sense of satisfaction in delivering training courses and education materials that help others develop themselves.
